Explanations to the authors

Prospective authors are required to submit their abstract by registering through this conference website (see the registering form below). Please fill in all required fields. Abstracts can be submitted for oral or poster presentations. It is possible to have an oral and a poster presentation simultaneously from one author.

First author is required to register and pay the registration fee according to the timetable of the conference. If the registration fee has been not received by the given time, the presentation will be removed from the programme and not included in the conference abstract book.

For all the support needed with the abstract submission and registration through the conference website, please contact dementia@alpsadria.academy.

A selection of high quality papers will be considered for oral plenary sessions and recommended for consideration for special issues in distinguished field journals. Authors will be asked to revise their papers according to the journal standards, which are subject to the journal review process.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference abstract book which will be be published in the Open Journal System (OJS) with Indexing and DOI, and sent to be indexed by all major citation databases such as PubMed; EBSCO- Academic Search Ultimate, Applied Science & Technology Source Ultimate, Humanities Source Ultimate, Sociology Source Ultimate; Web of Science; Google Scholar; ProQuest; Sage Research Methods; COBISS/SciMet and others.
